Can't Hear Recording / Participants can't hear VOIP

For whatever reason, we can record just fine, but there isn't any audio. We have confirmed that we can record audio using a different app. The audio is broadcast to other meeting hosts in a 'live' situation. But regular participants cannot hear at the same time. I am assuming the two issues are connected.

Anyone know why?

    Good point Kay,

    If the Camera/Voice pod is in the Presenter Only area, only presenters and hosts will hear the VOIP and see the video. Since the recording is done from the participant view, then the recording would not have any audio.

    I came across this problem once, at least it sounds the same. The problem was that the meeting host moved the Camera and Audio pod into the presenter only area. Could well be the problem here I guess.
