Yes, uninstall both, then install the latest Flash Player version(s) again. Note that Windows has two different plugins: the ActiveX plugin for Internet Explorer the NPAPI plugin for other browsers like Firefox

Flash Player is integrated in Internet Explorer and Edge on Windows 8.x / 10. Flash Player also comes preinstalled on Google Chrome. For all other browsers you need to download & install the NPAPI plugin.

Your screenshot is so tiny that I cannot make out anything for sure. Does that 1st screen say "Shockwave Flash"? If so, that is Flash Player, not Shockwave Player.

Installing a program on Windows can be a complex operation; data are not only written in various places on the local disk, but also in the registry. Upgrading Windows is even more complex, and the registry has to be completely rebuilt. It does not surprise me that some programs will no longer function normally after a Windows 10 upgrade. Uninstalling/reinstalling will fix such problems in most cases.
