Unfortunately, I did not. I upgraded to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and, as expected, the problem went away. It's unfortunate that the Arc series doesn't have the support that the NVIDIA (and maybe the Radeon series) does, but it is what it is.
