Hi, Thanks for sharing the file. The document you have shared is a HTML5 Canvas document (you can see this in the document tab which reads "AUDIO-NoStreamingPossible.fla (Canvas)"). Since CreateJS only supports Event sound type, the other sound types are disabled. If you create a ActionScript 3.0 document all the sound sync type will be available for you to control. If you still face this issue in ActionScript 3.0 document then please share one for us to investigate. Thanks! Mohan

Hi, Flash CC uses Wintab driver to detect a pressure and surface pro doesn't comes up with a pre-installed Wintab drivers. To install the Wintab driver for Surface Pro 3: 1. Open your browser and go to the Surface software, firmware, and drivers page on the Microsoft Download Center. 2. Select Download. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the list, select the checkbox for the .zip file that starts with Wintab, and select Next. 4. Select Open. 5. Extract the files from the .zip file, double-click to run the file WinTab_Setup_x64.exe, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Thanks! Mohan

Hi Daniel, Can you please try recreating the folder and just rename the folder containing the expired certificate? After this you may get access to the Edit application settings dialog in which you have to browse to a newer/valid certificate file and continue the steps mentioned in my earlier post. Thanks! Mohan

Just want to let you all know that you can permanently fix this issue by following the below steps 1. Launch Flash CS6 and open the file for which the 'Edit application settings' button is not working 2. Just rename the folder that contains the Certificate and Provisioning profile used in the file 3. Now click on the 'Edit application settings' button >> 'Edit application settings' button works and the AIR for iOS Settings dialog is up 4. Under Deployment tab choose a valid Certificate and Provisioning profile 5 Click OK and save the file 6 Quit Flash CS6 and relaunch the application >> The issue will be fixed and the 'Edit application settings' button will continue to work Please try out the above steps and see if that helps. Hi, Just want to update you all that we have found the root cause of this issue and is specific to Flash CS6. You can workaround this issue by changing the folder name containing the provisioning profile. This issue has already been addressed in Flash CC. Thanks! Mohan

Can you please check if you have AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat at Mac OS <Startup Disk>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat Windows 7.0 and higher (64 bit) C:\Program files(x86)\common files\adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat If yes, just rename the file and access Help>Updates... menu and see if that helps. Hi Jeffery, Projector support has been added in Flash CC 2014 (build number 14.0.0.110) which was released in June 2014. Can you please check your Flash CC version in Help > About Flash? If it is not Flash CC 2014, please install the same using Creative Cloud desktop application. Projector support is now built-in and doesn't require you to install a plugin.
