You must have created the project with various topics, layout etc. and then generated the output from SSL. My question is: Do you have copy of your project prior to generation of output i.e. Only project files? Problem is that once you generate the output at same location as source files, output files have overwritten a lot of htm, js etc files and because of this there are issues in the output.(like search not working). So I want to know that Do you have copy of your project prior to generation of output at same location? Please let me know if i am not clear. Hi, Is the pop-up inserted on the last line? Also, Do other pop-ups which are not on last line work correctly in chrome? We have seen that in chrome, when pop up is in last line then horizontal scrollbar is shown and if you click on it then pop-up goes away because scrollbar is outside the pop-up. I think there must be some issue as when i open the zip, i see this: template folder is an output folder which is present with the source files and also when i go inside !SSL! folder, it is empty. Hi, I have seen the zip you have sent again but this time also, output is at root with project source files. What you need to do is :"Generate the output at some new folder at your disk where no other files have been kept". Your output will work correctly for sure once you fix this problem. Hi, From the zip you have shared, I see that you have generated the output in the same folder as project. This is a fatal error. Output has to be generated in a separate folder at any location (either within project folder or outside). Basic thing is that only generated output files should be there and no extra files should be copied to the output. It means that images are not present in your project folder. How did you take the images to the RoboHelp, Insert/import/copy? Solution is:  Copy the images (with same name as shown in project manager) in project folder and make sure that Project Manager is not showing red cross sign. Hi, I don't think if you have permission to access the folder then RoboHelp will have any issue in generating WebHelp at that location. It seems to me that from command prompt or in any other way, that folder in which you want to generate is open and that is why you are not able to rename it. Hi, RoboHelp has Gallery for both WebHelp skins and Responsive HTML5 layouts. For WebHelp skins: Select skin in output setup pod and create new skin. It will give you the option to create skin from gallery and then you can choose any skin from plenty of skins in gallery and customize it. For Responsive HTML5 layouts: Select Screen Layouts folder in output setup pod and create new responsive HTML5 and select any layout from gallery (currently there are two) and customize. Hi, After installing the TCS on new PC, you do not need to copy any file in installer. Simply copy the projects to this machine (complete project folder) and you are done. Everything like skin, css, variables all are inside the project folder only. So, everything will be taken care of. Happy migration!! Note: It is always advisable to keep a backup copy of projects. Hi Mangai Sivakumar, I am not sure about why htm files are being shown in URLs folder but for importing the file, try renaming the existing file name and then import. Can you please share the screen shot of project manager? Also are there any other details like it happened after project upgrade or any specific step?
