Hi there! So there's a bit of legal stuff--which I can't actually give you any advice about--and a bit of technical stuff, which I can give you advice about. When XD launches, it checks with the Creative Cloud desktop application to see who is logged in. If you have different accounts for each child, you only have to log out of the Creative Cloud Desktop application, and then log in with the new account for the new student XD can be used with the Starter Plan if it is a free account and is not associated with your educational institution The legal issue is that I believe that Creative Cloud accounts can only be signed up for by people 13 and over. I'll need to check with someone to see what options there are in your case.

Actually, you can currently. With the linked assets workflow, you can now import color palettes as a part of your design system directly into your assets panel, which means you can do exactly this. Design systems in XD

Hi there! I checked with our development team, and it's something we're working to resolve. Unfortunately, it's a really deep problem, so it's going to take some time on our side to fix. The underlying problem is the number of assets you're trying to export, so you might want to try exporting some manually and packaging it on the side, and removing the batch export setting for some of the assets. Hopefully that helps you to work around the issue, and we're definitely working on a fix for this!

If you double click on a rectangle, it automatically converts to a path, and the corner radius will disappear. If you don't make any changes to the rectangle, it'll go back to a basic rectangle, but if you make any kind of changes, it'll stay a path.

No, that's incorrect. The problem happens if someone has two different Adobe IDs with the same Email address. This happens occasionally in enterprise organizations. I was inquiring as to that.

It's likely the document was incorrectly unzipped. Try downloading and unzipping the document again, as error 48 only happens on documents when they've been corrupted somehow.

On iOS, you can save a bookmark to your desktop, which will remove the device chrome. Otherwise, you’ll need to share the document for them to open in the XD native app, which means they’ll need a free Adobe ID at minimum. -Elaine

My guess is that you’re on Windows and that you’ve not encoded the source file correctly. In Notepad, Save As the document and at the bottom of the Save Window, choose “UTF-8” as the encoding, NOT “Unicode” or “ANSI.” Then drag that into your repeat grid. Let me know how that works!
