For some reason when I load an existing FORM and that Form as a TEXTAREA field in it, everything AFTER the TEXTAREA is removed form the editor and placed on the outside? I know it's an issue with the editor - but I think it might be because of how I have my custom tag built? I am responsible for several CF 9 Servers for a large group of developers and I have been more and more frustrated by the LACK of information in the application.log file. Specifically - the lack of user_agent in the log. I know that I can set a server side error file - but frankly - I just don't have the time to rebuild the proverbial wheel and recreate a whole new application just to trap errors. The existing log system almost has all I need to initiate a development support ticket - but getting flooded with Bots and PCI Compliance testing is resulting in a lot of wasted time searching for real errors. I have an older application that I have upgraded and I am only having issues with the Search Engine going form Verity to Solr. I have a simple query tht gets the content for each page and indexes it. The code works awesome in Varity - but when I run it on the Solr system I get the following error: Error_opening_new_searcher_exceeded_limit_of_maxWarmingSearchers4_try_again_later Also - when this errors out (only this error) - the prowser shows the HTML Source of the error instead of the typical? Any help, please! I have been using SQL 200 for many years but now have a SQL 2008 server setup and all of my JavaScript is falling apart? When I use ColldFusion9 to save HTML containing JavaScript with back-to-back quotes - SQL is deleting one of the quote marks? IE: input type="text"      onfocus="if (this.value=='Enter Email for Ranchlands News') this.value='';this.style.color='grey';return;"      onblur="if (this.value=='') this.value='Enter Email for Ranchlands News';this.style.color='grey';return;"      value="Enter Email for Ranchlands News"      name="email" class="email-sign-up-field" This is a simple example form a clients form that is getting deconstructed - but I have many cases in complex JavaSctipt calls that are also falling apart. I know that I can change his.value=='' to his.value==''' and it will save properly - but the next time a SAVE is preformed it strips out another quote rendering the code useless. I have fixed quite a bit of the more complex pieces using calls to files - but for my non-programming clients (most all of them) that's not an option. I need the ability to be able to let them send proper JS with two single quotes to SQL server regularly. I have tried several SQL forums and they all say that I need to prep the code before submitting to SQL, so that's why I am posting here. Ok, so for the past 20 years I have been storing all my code and graphic files in three places: My Working Files & Folders on a local drive - mostly current projects. An Archive of all my code files, imports and projects on a Windows Server in huge drives. A copy of the archive on multiple external USB Drives (for off site keeping) The problem is that of the past two decades I have changed the way I manage file folders and store  projects, these backups have all been (for the most part) manual and as we all know that it doesn't take long for you to forget a project or two and then you have a huge fricken mess on your hands. I need to get things consolidated so that I can get my RAID installed and then get my backup off the USB drives and into the cloud. So what I am trying to do is start with my two archives - but there are tens of thousands of files to deal with and manually going through each could takes months if not longer. While for the most part file names are going to be the same, some will be newer than others and defiantly in different file folder systems. What is the best software out there to consolidate these into one system keeping the newest file and deleting the duplicates? ... View more

So I have not had the need to get into the log files much - but I did notice that in researching an issue in CF8 thae log files have much less data than in previous versions?
