Search the forums for the steps you will need to take. You will need to connect Adobe Support directly and have them solve this. Adobe is actively hiding installs of the product since it is now in maintaince mode.

What make and model of phone? Which mobile browser? There was a mobile XD app at one point, but it may have been pulled from the app stores. Mobile browsers are known not to be as capable as their desktop versions, so that is part of the issue.

Since XD is in maintaince mode, I doubt you are going to get XD patched to fix the problem running it on that OS. Wish I had better news. You will need to either downgrade your OS or have a design without working video. Maybe a fix will come, but no clue as to if or when.

What OS/version are you running XD on? What version of XD? Did you apply an effect or mask the element? Have you tried a new file and a simple shape?

The two companies have not completed the merger. The odds are looking unlikely given the time it has taken and the fact both the EU and US are looking at the deal with a lot of concern. XD is formally in maintaince mode, so critical bugs fixes or maybe updates due to OS updates, but that is it. Unless you have an All-Apps plan or the like you should be able to find it, but it seems to take a lot of noise to Adobe support to 'fix' having it show up.

I never saw one. As for spec, sharing in dev mode is one option. But given that XD is in maintaince mode, you should look to other solutions for you design work. My gut says there is probably a Figma plugin that will meet your needs.

One issue is due to the legal restrictions while the possible merger is underway. Neither side can't say much. The merger hasn't happened, and it is looking more and more like it won't, but if it does one would expect Figma to be part of the CC offering at no additional cost. RIght now, they are still their own company, and require their own license to use. I suspect we will have support for about 2 years, but no official knowledge about that. My hope is once the deal closes or is killed, that Figma release an official import tool for XD files.

This feature was asked for years ago. But, given XD is formally in maintaince mode, this will never happen. I suggest that you switch to a tool that supports a dark mode.

That plan is no longer offered. XD is in maintainance mode and is only available to full Creative Cloud users.

Since XD does not support component to component communication, I suspect that the author had one component that included everything; the tabs and the tab content. Or they may have created a collection of artboards for each tab and the flow from each of the possible previous tabs.

There is a Figma plug-in that can convert files, but I have not yet tried it. The migration of XD files is a major source of concern for many of us.

No clue. The rules about mergers mean a lot of radio silence about them from the two companies. We know both the EU and US have concerns about the merger. At the recent Figma conference, the only thing that was mentioned was it was still on-going. Expect about the same at the Adobe MAx conference in a few weeks.
