Hey ! After the latest update for Photoshop (v24.6) The super zoom filter via neural filter stopped working. I can not choose what part I want to zoom from the right panel for example in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bL-x6GIDL7o 0:40 - 0:45 he can move and zoom, nothing working for me now

Hey RTL language is from right to left. when I try to edit text on motion graphics template for example so the text got reversed. I want to write "ABCD" the result I got is: "DCBA". It should be "כותרת" but it show as "תרתוכ" and its wrong. You can see the marked place of correct text and wrong on the vid. Please see pics below.
