This annoying bug happened some times for me as well. I'm using Windows 11 with two screens (both with native 1920x1080 resolution, but with different screen dimensions). I cannot always reproduce it, but it happened again yesterday with the current Photoshop version.   Generally I have more problems while using my dear vector/shape tools in Photoshop recently (like selection outlines not vanishing when changing a selection, or selected points on the path not being shown as selected until I zoom in/out, which is even more annoying than the bug described here, because it happens *always* and not just sometimes now).   I don't know if it's Windows 11, but since it does seem to happen on Mac OS and older Windows versions as well, maybe not. ... I hope they will fix it, this bug is really annoying and still happens in the current version.   Thank you for the workaround recommendations, I will try those - especially disabling the flick panning. Because the bug occured for me several times exactly when I "scrolled" my workfile while it was zoomed in. ... View more
