I reported this too on an earlier posting.  I went thru all of the troubleshooting  steps that were suggested in a reply re the graphics processor.  I shut off accelerated put it back on etc. The testing only confirmed that the Radeon Graphics chip is error free. I know it is 8 yrs old,, and the manufacturer no longer supports it, but it worked fine until I installed and started using LR classic the week of Oct 26 2023.   This would seem to indicate that (given the big number of reports of similar clipping and freezing of masks) that Adobe should fix this problem for its users. The masks are unusable.   Worse for me, I can't replace the graphics card. I thought it was possible to do, but it is attached to the mother board in my late 2015 Imac retina 5 k 27 inch computer.   It is infathomable that a bug in code that should be fixable should result in making the entire machine unusable for 1 program, while  great for all others.  Adobe should fix these problems it is almost as if they took the LR software out of the oven before it was baked.  thanks ... I did check the adjustments.  I am having problems with almost all of the masking tools.  They are not working as they did before in the LR version beofre this current one.    Very frustrating.  Instead of masking as before the subject turns mostly transparent - greyed out and does not go away, even after exiting out of masks completely.  Please scroll down for screenshot.  Thanks.   I can't put in a bigger screenshot when add work flow is on left ... Hi Cory et al, The color issue went away.  However, the printed image placement on the paper does not match where I place it using the print preview of PS.  I developed a schematic workaround  (pls see attachment 1 for illustration of the problem), but I should not have to work in a way that slows my workflow down.  The image itself is flipped upside down when printing as well.  The direction of the paper fed vertically into the paper is given by the little arrow on top.     I use a color profile for the monitor using color munki.   I use the appropriate manufacturer paper profiles and have Photoshop determine the colors. The printer driver for Epson P-800 is 12.6x. PS is v 24.1.0   No, I have not done the very recent update to PS 2023.  I am fearful that I will end up with a worse problem that will stop me from printing.   Screenshot info is contained in attachments 2-7                 Hope this helps.   Thank you, nfjt ... Hi, I did everything suggested, and even had troubleshooting help from a master printer and instructor. We fixed the color and quality issues and used an ethernet cable to plug the printer directly into the iMac. The layout was ok, until today, when it wasn't. The photos are mirrored images that don't follow the print preview in terms of positioning from left to right and top to bottom. I can correct easily when printing a single image, but when printing multiple images or small versions of images in order to proof the colors etc on one sheet of paper, it is difficult to figure out where to position the rest following the first. I agree.  I knew none of this:  I bought my new iMac end of Dec 2015 with El Capitan already installed.  I installed PS CS6 from disc  (worked fine on my MacPro).  It worked at first, but without warning will not launch, as it is stuck on loading presets forever until I do a force quit.  I was never prompted to run the Java update.I am furious with Adobe.  I will not upgrade to El Capitan on my Mac Book Pro, as I need at least one functioning PS program.  I hope the java link solves part of the problem, as no other solutions for being unable to launch PS CS6. ...
