Hi! I've been paying Adobe subscription for over 9 years and I just seem to missed last payment for some reaseon and I didn't get any email or debit failed in my card statement so I didn't realize until I tried to use an app and tried to get me to pay again. Is there anyway I can fix this? I updated the payment method but the amount due hasn't been debited from my card yet... And I really don't want to miss the offer I've been paying for years since this would mean I'd have to pay almost x20 the amount I was paying all these years.

So this is an old and long problem I always have with premiere. When exporting into mp4 (H.264) files. I always get a lower quality output even when the bitrate matches the source. Here are the two files, Source file is on the left, Premiere Export on the right. How is it possible that I have to use 50Mb/s to get a quality closer to a 23 Mb/s source video??? look at the difference in Duration and Size. If I export from Premiere at 23 Mb/s the video would look horrible and itll be very blocky and practically useless. These are the parameters I used for exporting. When is Premiere going to implement a better Export menu for h264 videos and even letting me tweak with additional options, Ive seen a very old (11 Year old) screenshot of premiere where you could choose GOP size, premiere seems to aply this option automatically even when maybe its not even needed. I dont want to export then re-encode the video to h264 just because premiere can't deliver a high quality video.

This STILL hasn't been fixed... Im switching to Davinci Resolve for timeline editing, this makes this software useless, need to scrub thru HOURS of footage instead of just looking for visual cues in my audio tracks to edit properly, it kills my workflow and makes editing worse by a million.

This is very frustrating, everytime I use the camera tracker and I click on the effect name in order to see the tracking points, the footage gets analized again and I have to wait until it finishes to work on it. but if I click anywhere else and click on the effect name again to see the points, I get the analyzing blue bar again. Any fix for this? or is it working as intended

Hi! Bridge is building up huge Cache folders in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge\Cache is there anyway to change that folder? I already have another folder set on Bridge but it keeps filling my drive in the mentioned folder... and It never automatically deletes, I have to manually go to that folder and delete the cache

Is this what is suppossed to do? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqisVmy6LzQ If this is what you want and something else is happening, you should just go back to default settings. Maybe something got changed. Or roll back to previous version

You're using File>Import You should use Media Browser window (Window>Media Browser) I've never used File>Import to import a single sequence

I just tried draggin a timeline from the media browser and it does drag the timeline and imports everything that is used by that timeline, but it does not load the entire project. Are you in a open project already and trying to import? This is how I do it:

Then you probably need to upgrade to a GPU in order to have hardware acceleration and hardware encoding, software encoding does thru CPU which in somecases it may be too slow because of the effects to render. Even a simple blur or drops hadow may slowdown software acceleration.

AFAIK only basic formatting is supported on youtube (<b> <i> <u> and some color). Probable TTML is the format you are looking for. Not sure but check this: https://www.w3.org/TR/ttml1/ and this is from youtube: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2734698?hl=en&ref_topic=7296214#zippy=%2Cadvanced-file-formats%2Cbasic-file-formats

Lately I've been working with a lot of vertical clips that are recorded with DSLR cameras and I always have to rotate the clip in the timeline or as a master effect of the clip, and it would be nice to have a feature inside Interpret Footage to change the pretended orientation of the clips, so I can see all the clips in the bin in vertical rather than horizontal, since the master effect doesn't rotate the clip preview in the bin (it doesn't rotate the bounding box, it stays at 16:9 instead of going 9:16). I know premiere is not supposed to be used so much for vertical videos, but it is way better than editing in a smartphone. Thus becoming better for portrait video editing. p.s. maybe newer DSLR change the orientation on the video with metadata while recording just like they do in photos (they detect automatically if it was taken horizontally or vertically) but, my DSLR doesn't.

I've found a weird "solution" to this, not only the playhead doesn't work when I click, neither the effects can be clicked or the parameters on the effects (i.e Curves' curve). The "solution" is to simply move the cursor to one of the buttons under the Program Monitor, and once they are highlighted like this: just go back and the playhead, and the effects, can be clicked again. It is soooo weird. when the playhead stops working I just move my mouse to highlight the buttons and it suddenly works again. lol!!!

Hi, I'm using a simple expression and I'm getting this error. This is the code: var x = value[0];
var a = thisComp.height/2;
var f = .5;
var y = Math.sin(time*2*Math.Pi*f)*a;
[x,y] I watched a YouTube tutorial that used this same code (without using var) and it seemed to work, but not to me.

Ill just leave this video to explain. I want to animate this box just like I show in the video. This was done in Adobe Xd. I swear I looked everywhere and I found nothing. It has to be something with creating a shape and then asigning position to be fixed on the edge of the shape but its probably a LOT of expression which Im not fully familiar with it. inb4, I actually tried animating leading but its not what im looking for. it doesnt work from bottom to top, it only seems to work from top to bottom.

These are the only settings Premiere or AME let you change.... as I said... it does not offer more options to work with... It just uses that lossy compression and makes files huge, when OBS encodes at realtime and it makes it 10 times better. BTW im not transcoding, source is the same as the output. Your replies looks AI generated... just read what I posted.

Well, people ignores main topic and replies... I alreay stated that the videos are NOT variable famerate, they are constant 60FPS. And again, that does not have anything to do with my problem... Im not having issues working with OBS recording in premiere, I'm having issues exporting.... Premiere does not have a lot of options to work with.

Variable Frame Rate DOES NOT affect the bitrate or the final quality of the video. And also, this is OBS which is setup to record CONSTANT FRAMERATE Media info: "Frame rate mode : Constant Frame rate : 60.000 FPS" Even if the game is running at 120 fps or 20 fps, obs still records @ 60. I have never seen OBS going with variable frame rate. Sorry but, your links are rather useless, I need a way to make premiere encode the file as good as OBS does. and as I stated on the first comment, OBS does have more h264 settings, and Premiere Output does not. Handbrake takes waaay too much to encode, even in my high end pc. OBS encodes instantly and I rather keep the OBS file since is waaaaay smaller in size than Premiere's, but I need to edit those.

Sorry but you didn't even read my post. All the information that you describe is already there. it is Variable Frame Rate, and I DO NOT have any issues with OBS recordings, it's premiere horrible encoding that makes files way bigger and lowers the quality.
