Great! Thanks for this script. Artboard managment is so old fashioned in Illustrator, but you improoved it a lot.

It will always be a random part, which is missing. It's about different videos with different audios. If these are already at a VBR there will always be a missmatch with h.264. As I said, do not expect any "bugfix". There will not be one. This "bug" will also appear in any other compressing software using h.264 with VBR (Like VCL or Handbrake etc.). It maybe that there will not be any missing parts, but video and audio may be not synchronised (which is another way this mismatch will show up). So it always deals with VBR sources which do not match. And the only solution right now is: Take a CBR. Best

I guess it will never be fixed. The problem is that you seem to have footage with different variable bitrates (including audio and video tracks), so the codec does not know which bitrate to belong to and will always choose a wrong one for some clips. So the only solution ist to use the same frame rate for all footage or to use a fixed frame rate in editing. And if you do so, Premiere is only set to export your film the best way, but not the best compression ... so do not expect any fix.

Just export it with a codec which uses a fixed bitrate. E.g. Quicktime with "Apple Prores 422 Proxy" will be a good choice. The problem deals with h264 codec and variable bitrate. If you need to compress the final output, use the app "Handbrake" with h.264 and a fixed bitrate and a RF of 22, this will get a small size with mostly excellent quality of the video in the end.

@c.pfaffenbichler I did not refuse anything. I wrote that disabling GPU composition did already work, so there is no need to turn of the whole GPU performance! It is obviously directly related to the composition feature. Of course disabling the GPU will have the same effect. But there is no reasoning in turning off everything, while it is already clear, that there has been a much more specific source been identified. Today I turned on "GPU Compusiting" again and now it works. So it even seems it depends on Photoshops "daily performance". Great.

@OHCreative you're so right ... same with Illustrator, Premiere, Media Encoder and so on ... And writing a bug report: Who cares? I did not get answer there for years. Only answers, not to talk about solutions ;D The Adobe motto: We throw new gadgets in every update but there is no interest to get the old stuff fixed, anywhere. Never change a not running system, as you can find a beta-workflow to let dumb-users fix it with less performance and spend more time and research in great user forums. At least there are really helpful users, one of them always finds a way to overcome Adobe bugs. That's really great! Thanks a lot to all of you.

It does absolutely not make any sense to me turn of my Graphic Processor. That is absolutely no workaround. I have a powerful Graphic Processer to use it explicitly for complex graphic issues! So why should or would I turn it off? As I wrote disabling "GPU Compositing" on an iMac Pro made it "work" at least .

I again disabled "GPU Compositing" on an iMac Pro and now it "works"?! There is no restarting issue, it's only a buggy software like the still annoying flickering cursor while having Photoshop and Illustrator opened ... which never got repaired like so many other things. This bug here again is so old that it is crazy that a so expensive software just does not get fixed properly.

Actually it was the buggy h.264 compression of Premiere Pro, as I read through different other sources and combined the findings there. So I changed my output video to AppleProRes 422 Proxy (which gives nearly the size of a proper H.264 compression) and to a Qicktime .mov format instead of .mp4 and it worked out with all audio from all clips included ...

It's still not fixed Adobe!!!! Such a mess with this Apps. The issue persists. Randomly missing audio in 1 hour movie at least twice for 20-30 seconds. My guess is that it deals with the great-most-buggy "Dynamic-forget-all-Links-Server". Randomly it looses connection to files while rendering and this is why you cannot detect the source clip. It just happnes randomly if the link server is down (for what ever reason) for seconds while rendering. Such a messs.

Hi@Anshul_Saini @Anubhav M I made some more tests and it seems to be an issue with LG Ultra Fine display. I was able to reproduce the issue with other programs, too. It was hard to see, as it is the dark grey which is most sensitive to the ghosting issue.

So the only way to really find a work around this bug seems to set disk cache the same size like RAM. https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/disk-cache-doesn-t-have-enough-space-warning/td-p/10095767

Since Illustrator 29 and new Photoshop I suffer an annoying ghosting bug on my LG Ultra Fine display with 5k (at an iMac Pro from 2017). I thought is was only realted to Adobe products. But it is not. It is a problem of the display itself.

It was the Magnet error. Illustrator is the only program causing issues with it. Solved it by another thread (turn off "snap windows by grabbing" in Magnet settings).

Maybe this helps, but colors will be cause much problems this way! If you export a CMYK file with "Export for Web (legacy)" you do not have to change CMYK mode, get a small file size and automatic conversion to RGB will be quite close to the original image!

Linotype itself confirmed the bug with the font, but did not clearify which side was the responible for this bug. As it's one their most selled fonts, I still guess it's an Illustrator issue.

@renél80416020 @Met1 @femkeblanco O.k. the script is running well. I thought the script was about to devide words but it was to devide lines... Just did not remeber it and mixed it up. Thanxs for your answers.

@renél80416020 thanx for your contribution. When I try to run the script I get an error message, although I use point text (and it is not grouped): "DivideTextFrame must be run on a point-text text-frame. Please select a Text-Frame object. (Try ungrouping.)" If I create a two lines text, it will split the lines to single text frames.

There is an old, but sometimes helpfull script from John Wundes to devide Text frames. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
//Divide TextFrame v.2.2 -- CS and up
//>=--------------------------------------
// Divides a multiline text field into separate textFrame objects.
// Basically, each line in the selected text object
// becomes it's own textFrame. Vertical Spacing of each new line is based on leading.
//
// This is the opposite of my "Join TextFrames" scripts which
// takes multiple lines and stitchs them back together into the same object.
// New in 2.1 now right and center justification is kept.
// New in 2.2 better error checking, and now will run on more than one text frame at a time.
//>=--------------------------------------
