Recipients. There is some boiler plate code in the constant contact email that makes it recognizable. It is flagged as potential spam and sent to a spam quarrantine folder. The users have to go to the folder, flag it as not spam, then open it after it is moved to their inbox. So, basically anything from CC or similar service is killed since no one will ever do what it takes to open the email. I even had them white list the incoming address but the settings on the client-side PCs still shunt the messages to Clutter or Junk, effectively doing the same thing. Fun times...

I'm afraid not. That has been a real issue lately. I'm working on allocating some space on a server that we can use for something like this.

The actual amount in content in the tables is small. I think dumping the template tables and coding a simpler solution may work. Thanks

I've tried Constant Contact with this client. Long story, but those types of industry standard email services gets flagged by their firewall (hyper sensitive security) and dumped. I've got to give them something they can send from an internal email address. I'll keep looking into these services as some of them seem to offer code downloads.

It is not that specific one, but yes I used a template from that menu. Sounds like that may have been my first mistake. Are there any fixes to get a reliable final display?

I'm using a Dreamweaver (21.2) template to create a basic HTML email. When I drop in my content, the cells become unaligned. Even after I fix and refine the spacing in dreamweaver, the result is still out of alignment when viewed in a browser. How can I stop this from happening, or fix it when it does?

Here is a gradient of three RBG reds. The gray bands transition between the colors.

Here is a a radial gradient made with three shades of red (RGB mix). The center is the lightest the outer is the darkest. The gray bands are the transition colors. I want the gray areas to be blended to the colors used.

I'm trying to create smooth color shifts with the gradient tool. When I add my colors to the gradient tool I get washed out gray looking colors between my pure colors on the gradient annotator. With only 2 colors it is managable but with several colors (think Instagram logo colors) it looks terrible. I get a bulls-eye looking gradient with the pure colors being "saturated color" and the intermediate areas going "washed out" I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Weird issue started today: When I launch indesign I can see the "InDesign" to the right of the apple icon in the very top menu bar. When I go to the Window drop down menu and select my customized workspace my tool box appears but that is it. I create a new document, nothing. I open an existing file nothing. I change workspaces to "essentials" or any other workspace, nothing. Essentially Indesign is offline and I have no idea where to start fixing this. Any help is appreciated. Tried to contact Adobe, but apparently the user group is the only support available.

That was it. Once I opened the HTML file directly in my browser it worked. Thanks

I have a client that needs an HTML page view that prints. I have a page created that fits the bill. When I click preview in browser (Safari) the page appears fine. However, when I try to print the it comes out completely blank. Any ideas on what is going on? Dreamweaver CC V18.0

None of these fixes worked for me. However, I found that of the four URLs in my Indesign layout the two that were generating the bad links (adding the extra spaces) were at the end of a string of text with no punctuation. The layout did not have any extra spaces at the end the line (checked for that). They just a hard return. By adding a period to the end of the line and relinking the URL in the Interactive panel, the problem was solved. Just be sure the new period is not in the URL when you link it in the interactive panel.
