Hi Jon, I tried replicating the issue using acrobat DC version 2019.010.20069 using both the methods - selecting multiple pdf files in explorer>combine files in acrobat and by launching acrobat> tools>combine files but the issue was not reproducible. Also, try combining using this link and check if that works: Adobe Document Cloud You may try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. reboot the machine after resetting preferences and check if that helps. As mentioned, you have subscription for export pdf which you can use in adobe reader, not acrobat dc. Could you try following troubleshooting steps: 1- Download and run cleaner tool on the machine to uninstall acrobat: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs 2- Then download and install reader from the given link, sign in with your adobe credentials and check: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions Thanks, Shivam

Hi martinš, As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to combine files, is that correct? If you are connected to a wifi, try turning on mobile data and try again. Try signing out, relaunch the app, sign back in and check. Also,try rebooting the device once if you haven't already and check if that helps. Hi tinan, As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when highlighting a pdf using acrobat reader on ipad, is that correct? Does this behavior seen with specific pdf? Have you tried with another pdf and check if that works. I tried replicating the issue with acrobat reader version 19.01.00 but the issue was not reproducible. Hi arnaudc, As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting above mentioned message when trying to open a form using acrobat reader on android, is that correct? Make sure you are using acrobat reader app to view form, not a web browser. You can download the form on the device, locate the form and open it using acrobat reader and check if that works. Also, if its a xfa form, iOS, Android, and Blackberry mobile devices and smartphones do not support the Adobe Reader plug-in with XFA forms. Hi, Please try following troubleshooting steps: 1-Run Cleaner tool on your machine which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs Labs 2- Reboot the machine. 3- Download and install Reader DC from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions 4- Reboot the machine and try sending file again. If issue still persists, try replicating the issue in a new user account by right- clicking the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Other people > Add someone else to this PC. It seems the file opened in acrobat is an archieve pdf. I tried converting an pdf into PDF/A using File>Save os other>PDF/A and it turned bookmarks title into black. Could you try opening another pdf file ( not an archive pdf) and check if this behavior continues?

On Windows 7, the path is as follows: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\CommonFiles\UsageCC\(user GUID). The GUID is a unique value the application assigns to the signed in user. Let us know if you need any help. Shivam

Try removing traces of reader using cleaner tool which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , reboot the machine, then reinstall reader from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions If you are still getting newer version already installed error, try the troubleshooting steps given in the above forum thread on installing the update for windows. Does this happen with this specific website? Have you tried with another pdf and check if this behavior continues? Also, try making acrobat reader default for opening pdf by opening one of the pdf > check for option remember this choice/option and check if that works. -Shivam
