I made the leap and subscribed to the Pro Plan. I have several questions: Is it capable of 30 or 60 fps video? Is it capable of clips longer than 5 seconds? Am I using credits when I try creating images and videos, but don't download them? Is there anywhere in my portal that shows me how many credits I am allotted, and how many I have used? My apologies if these questions have been asked before. I searched and couldn't find these answers.

Yes, first it had a problem migrating settings, then when I open a project I get the spinning wheel for eternity. I force quit, try again. This seems bad. (On Mac Studio M2 Max w/32 GB RAM)

Thank you, Jill! Update: I contacted support and they promptly removed the Made with AI tag on the files I specified. Support also say that Adobe would never add the words "Generative AI" to the end of the Title (which really did occur somehow), but it doesn't matter how it happened, I was able to go in manually to edit the Title and remove the words. Thanks for your help! Problem solved! 🙂

Thank you for your response, Danielle! It is most certainly a bug. I didn't receive any rejections for non-compliance. For the record, I have never submitted ANY AI content, even my animations. I am finding even more - some of my wildlife footage has been mis-labeled as well. This needs to be fixed immediately. Can you escalate it to the tech team? I will post the other links in a post below this.

I have several timelapse clips that I shot with my camera and compiled into timelapse clips with minimal processing. Now Adobe is labeling it as AI. It's insulting and misleading, as well as undermining my trust with the people who license my footage. Many nature broadcasting networks, including Discovery Channel, PBS, and Nature Channel license my clips frequently, and count on ME to be a reliable source of REAL WORLD footage. This mis-identification undermines that relationship. It's insulting and infuriating. Please fix the problem immediately. I can't wait until this tacky AI phase is recognized for what it is - footage scraped from REAL video producers, and vomited out as something to take our sales away without regard for real-world nuances. If there is genuine concern that this footage was shot with my camera, I will be happy to provide specific dates, locations, and untouched RAW files to prove it. https://stock.adobe.com/video/sunrise-open-landscape-timelapse-closeup-background-generative-ai/5980... https://stock.adobe.com/video/sunrise-open-landscape-timelapse-wide-angle-background-generative-ai/5... https://stock.adobe.com/video/sunrise-open-landscape-timelapse-wide-angle-background-generative-ai/5...

Hello, I achieved over 300 video uploads back before December of last year, and have not received my code for my free Creative Cloud subscription. My acceptance rate is well over 50%. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. We're at 6 weeks, and I still haven't received it. I did check my SPAM folder. Nothing there. Please advise.

For clarification, even if it takes a contributor until (for example) November 15 to have 300 files approved, it sounds as if that still qualifies for the complimentary subscription. Is this correct?

I apologize that you read my comment as angry. It is not. I was trying to provide clarification so we can understand each other, because your response did not seem to fully grasp my question and logic. I was confused by your response implying it was an image, not an animation, and your question about whether or not I am the one creating the media I upload to my contributor account seemed really strange. My apologies.

Thanks for your reply, but that makes no sense. It is an animation celebrating New Year 2019. Last year, the 2018 animation video clip sold, and made me (and Adobe) money. How do you know the same performer/event coordinator would not like a current clip for this New Year's celebration? There is no reason I should not be able to make a similar animation celebrating 2019. They're certainly not going to buy the one that says, "Happy New Year 2018", so I would like to provide them with one that says, "Happy New Year 2019" because that would be appropriate to the upcoming calendar event. Does that make good logical sense? What do you mean, "if I am the one creating this"? Of course I am the one creating this, it is my contributor account, and I am a videographer and motion design artist. Also, for clarification, it is not an image, but an animated video, as my original post strongly implies. I am a video contributor.

I made a "Happy New Year 2019" 3D animation. It was rejected for similar content. It is true that I have a similar animation. The similar animation said "Happy New Year 2018". Are there humans curating our clips, or is it a visual algorithm? Should I just try uploading it again?

I know this is a bit of an old thread, but I am attempting to do the same thing - pull in data from a txt file that exists in the same folder as the project file. As this will be a template that I re-use over and over with different data each time, based on MyIenium's response, I will need to construct the path at runtime using string operations. Can anyone point me towards a resource for how this would be accomplished? Thanks in advance!

I am a video contributor at Pond 5 and at Adobe. My collection of videos at P5 is larger and more comprehensive than my one here at Adobe. I am a part of the P5 Gobal Partner Program. Should I simply stop contributing directly through the Adobe interface, and let it populate from P5? Should I continue to upload clips to both agencies? Will that create redundancies in my content? Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Hi Kirk, If you are going to sell stock photos, get accustomed to seeing them in use. I have tens of thousands of sales across 5 different sites of photos and videos. I see my photos in use on websites all the time (check out tineye.com to find where your photos are being used). I see my footage on TV all the time. If I tried to verify the buyer and the agency each time I saw my media being used, it would be a full-time job in itself. I know my media is not being made available without watermark, so if I see my media in use, I am confident it has been properly licensed. The one exception to this is if you find your media available for resale, on merchandise. Different sites have different contracts for using media for resale. I encountered one of my photos being sold as a photography backdrop. In that instance, I did contact the agency, and they did verify that the buyer did not purchase the proper license for resale, and they went after them, and gave them the option of purchasing the Extended License, or cease to sell the product. The product was removed from their site. Brad has a good point - do you have these photos available somewhere where they are not watermarked? My advice is that when you see your photos in use, use it as momentum in knowing you are providing commercially viable images, and create more!
