Just chiming in here to say that I've been actively following this thread, and have the same issues as described by @Delkin525 . For all curves adjustments, I have to switch to my mouse because of how laggy it is with the stylus. One or two updates ago, the stylus started working without lagging for adjusting a control point, but if you try to use it to add one, it pauses for 5-10 seconds, or until you at least move the mouse. It's unbelievably frustrating. To answer @tom attix question for my case, my Cintiq has the lastest drivers from Wacom, Windows Ink is enabled, and all of the old PSUserConfig files setting it to use WinTab have been deleted.
