Hi Amal,   Apologies for the confusion - The client has Acrobat DC installed alongside Reader XI.   They've made us aware that they previously had it so that Acrobat was used as the default program for opening PDF files but that embedded excel PDFs would open with Reader XI (this tends to have less compatibility issues with excel).   I likely think that an excel macro was potentially used to get it to open using Reader XI despite Acrobat being the default windows application.   Kind Regards,   Ryan ...
