Facing same problem, Adobe puts AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\LUTs path under Documents path instead of %userprofile% path, easy to fix but Adobe f*cks for their customers.

I had same issue using a certificate in Brazil that uses cloud authentication, solved removing cert. revogation info and using CAdES

Consegui fazer funcionar, basta usar o modo de assinatura CAdES e também não assinalar o certificado de revogação, não havia testado essa combinação 🙂 não foi necessário o plugin o/

Thanks a lot for the troubleshooting, but the issue persists 😕 There's something on Acrobat side for this issue. The 2FA approval made on cloud is only for pin authentication, no data from application is sent with the authorization, and the approval comes back to computer correctly, the signature is valid, the problem is that Acrobat reports that the document was modified.

Para contornar o problema, estou usando outros apps para isso. No PDF-XChange consigo assinar e ele fica válido no Acrobat, mesmo em PKCS#7. No Foxit, usando PKCS#7 ele não aparece o prompt de aprovação, mas ele assina normalmente usando CAdES

Hi team, I am trying to sign document using my Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and it always reports that "the document has been altered or corrupted since the signature was applied". The chain certificate is fine, and when certified using another application like PDF-XChange it validated fine on Adobe Acrobat. The problem is when sign it using Adobe Acrobat. Please, how can we fix this issue? Adobe removed Premiere Rush and keeps Adobe Scan out of date in the Galaxy Store, meanwhile, it keeps Photoshop Express out of date for Galaxy users on Google Play and also doesn't offer Premiere Rush there. When are they going to fix this definitely?

If I use a different account I will loose all cloud features like scan and document cloud because they will access different environment, it does not make sense.

Hi masters, I have Adobe Creative Cloud for personal purposes and 3 machines. As we know, this license only accept 2 activated products like Acrobat DC, so I always need to logoff them to open it on a third machine when I try to open a PDF file. What ou guys usually do in this case? Deactivate it when Creative Cloud asks you to? Or install Acrobat Reader DC to have at least access to scan and some stuffs on all machines? Or we have any other workaround to have Acrobat DC running on all 3 machines? Thanks a lot and regards

I installed Ceative Cloud to have Photoshop, Premiere, Acrobat, Audition, Illustrator and After Effects installed. For some reason, Adobe thinks thank I need 14 new processes loaded 24/7, note that we have more Adobe processes than any other app on startup. I also does not considered more 6 processes loaded as service or task manager under svchosts.exe. Adobe, please fix it. It's ridiculous.
