I think I am having the same issue with Animate + Sonoma!   I am working on a document using embedded fonts. After I updated to macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) all texts were silently changed to the font Helvetica/Regular. I cannot even change the font back to one of my embedded fonts (e.g. "FontBold*") - it immediately jumps back to Helvetica/Regular.   This did not happen when using the same version of Animate on macOS 13, just a few minutes before the update to macOS 14.   I already filed a bug report. ...
