Hi, I know this has been brought up before, but I have tried all the advice given in these old posts and I am not getting anywhere.   I am a new subscriber to the entire Creative Cloud Suite and the only application that is not working after I have installed Creative Cloud is Adobe Illustrator - the one application I need quite urgently.   I get the nasty dialogue box that tells me that "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."   I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, following the detailed instructions for previous posts on this issue and the only difference is that when I try to install the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015, I have trouble installing it because it keeps telling me it cannot find the 2015 file to replace it.   Please help, as Illustrator is one application I do need right now...
