Thanks so much; that helped a ton!! So it just comes down to the high amount of motion pretty much? I've only done a few other videos and the standard export settings worked fine but they were more basic with less movement.

Another person asking about export settings here. I'm fairly new to Premiere but am getting more comfortable with it. I used Premiere to rotate the video by a certain degree plus change the aspect ratio for upload to Instagram. I'm attaching my sequence settings, export settings, plus a screenshot that shows the vast difference in quality that I'm having trouble understanding. I looked at beginner Adobe tutorials and think I've followed the basic instructions correctly. I combed through some other posts asking similar questions and most people I saw were trying to get larger exports from small sources. But my source is bigger/the same size as my export and I just want the export to look as great as the preview shows it to look. Thanks so much for your time.

I am trying to increase vibrance on all parts of a photo except one area. I can only find the vibrance slider on the main edit screen. Is there either a way to adjust vibrance on just the brush/gradient, or erase the effect on part of the photo after doing it on full edit mode?

Very new to Premiere Pro and speed mapping but I've managed to make this work on other parts of my video from tutorials; however now when I go to turn on speed remapping and look for the line to adjust speeds on each clip it's just not there even though according to the menu it says it's on. I've tried accessing from right click --> show clip keyframes --> time remapping --> speed and from right clicking on fx --> time remapping --> speed. Obviously in both places it shows that it's on (see attached screenshot); why can't I see a line to drag to adjust the speed?? Thanks in advance!
