This slows down my editing by a lot. It gets "stuck" in a frame for a few seconds and then updates when I try to add graphics to the image. Playback is ok, it sometimes stutters though. I've tried moving the files, clearing cache, updating Premiere but nothing seems to work. Creating proxies is not possible because of space issues. I've attached the problematic clips properties. Is there something wrong with the camera settings or file? Any tips?

In my project where the video is nested and playing on program monitor, it lags like 2-5 seconds before it starts playing. When i press F on the nested video and play it in source monitor, no problem at all, all smooth.I tried opening another project and nest the same video there,it was smooth even on the program monitor.
I can't start over because I have many cuts already.
Does anyone know the reason or fix?
Alternative question, is there a way to copy the same cuts to a different project?
