Hi, Jeffrey. Thanks for reply. So, here is my Preferences/Tools window. As for the bug: it behaves not only when i zoom (no matter how i do it, with keyboard or mouse or stylus), it centers the document when i do something else. For example: I pan the document little bit off the center (i always use the Overscroll feature, so i can do that) and when i zoom or create the new layer or select another document (just by clicking on the name of the document: https://youtu.be/rbAWhJANbwI?t=26 ), it  always jumps to the center.
