When I open photoshop I now see no recent files or anything just this.... It's not a game over scenario as I can still access the menu, it's just yet another annoying photoshop anomaly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a PSD file with multiple artboards on. In each artboard is a duplicated smart object that is on all the other artboards. It's for quickly creating product mock ups with new designs. I have made dozens of similar PSD files using the same techniques. All was well until I tried to open the file recently and got this message... "selected font failed during last operation. If problem persists, please disable the font." I got someone else to open the file on their PC and it worked fine. They identified the fonts that were in the PSD file and I uninstalled them in the CC desktop app on my pc. The PSD file will still not open and I get the same message. Also all the fonts in that file are on many other PSD files and have no problem opening or editing those. Literally days of work gone unless I can fix this. I NEED help.

Hi eric, I am experiencing a similar issue. I try and open a psd file I was working on yesterday that has several artboards set up. When I try to open it from within photoshop or double click on the file itself I get this error - "selected font failed during last operation. If problem persists please disable font". One problem is I don't know which font it is refering to so at all. I've put many hours work into those art boards.

I have tried this every way suggested and regardless of whether I have trim layers selected or not I get trimmed pngs every single time. I'm completely at a loss now and just have to manually save each fecking layer.

Pressure sensativity is classed as available and selected on brushes, however it still doesn't work. I have looked all over this forum to find advice, and the only advice seems to be " contact adobe". However this is literally impossible here in the UK. Every link supplied no longer exists, and there are no email or chat ioptions anywhere on the adobe site. This problem happens every single time they update or release new versions of illustrator its almost enough reason to abandon Adobe all together and find different software that at least has customer support. ANY HELP APPRECIATED.
