I've tried resetting preferences (which was a fix for one other problem I had before, tried it just to see), I've also tried reinstalling, both adobe cc and photoshop, so far nothing's worked. I'll definitely try your suggestions and let y'all know how it goes, thank you!

Hey all, I've encountered a technical problem recently where I am unable to save files to the Adobe cloud. Whenever I click on the "save as" option it directs me to option to save it locally. The button for "save to cloud documents" is still the but when I click on it, nothing happens. The dialog box disappears for a moment and then pops back up. Any fixes? Thank you in advance for all the help.

Hi all, I was working on a side project this morning and as I went to take a break and run some errands I saved my file as a psdc. Normally I would have no problems with this but as I came back to try and access it, it will not load. The file in Photoshop CC says it's syncing except if I hover over the little cloud it says it's done. The file says the same thing on the actual creative cloud app. I tried downloading a psd version but it returns the error "File.psd export failed" I've been waiting for it to finish "syncing" for about 12 hours now. Any help?

I keep receiveing the error telling me that I can't use "x" tool because scratch disks are full even though I have 730gB of free space left on the designated disk. Please help.

Hi all, I am experiencing a problem wherein I set up a grid using the vanishing point filter and then select "Render grid to photoshop", hit the ok button and nothing happens. I have reset my preferences, restarted both PSCC and my desktop, and the problem still persists; any help?
