Thank you kglad. I didn't end up needing to use the Adobe chat. For those who may come across this issue, what worked in the end for me was to apply 2-factor authentification to my log in. After I did that, it was fairly immediate that I noticed the Ireland login was gone. Problem solved! It's also important to note that if you create a new password, check the box that says End all sessions (or something like that. I can't recall.) While this isn't the thing that corrected the issue for me, it wasn't mentioned above, and it's surely worth pointing out.

I'm saying I did change my password. Then after that, I waited 3 minutes before refreshing the page that shows who's in a session....and it still showed someone in Ireland in a current session. Greyed out and able to End Session.

I also currently see this issues on my account, even after ending all sessions. I cannot end this one though--it's greyed out. I also live on an entirely different continent AND I don't have any adobe programs open at the moment, so this ain't me!
