Hello - I'm having the same problem but want to add a detail to see if helps someone diagnose. My objective is to cancel 2 subscriptions but I've only been able to cancel 1. 1) I CAN cancel my "Photography Plan" that includes multiple apps. I just login, go to Manage Plan, click cancel 2) I CANNOT cancel my 2nd, separate subscription for InDesign. This subscription does not appear under my Plans. However, when I click on billing history I can clearly see both subscriptions. (I've been paying at least 10+ months without using because everytime I try to cancel I can't etc.). I really don't want to go another month.
