It is not currently possible to access the previous version of the review. We do understand version management is important for many customers, and so it's on our list but I cannot give you an estimate for when it will be added to the product. Ah, okay. Were there any recent changes with how you sign in to Adobe? For example, do you now have more options when you sign-in, like a list of profiles/organizations?
Also, can you DM me the URL *without* giving me access to it? I want to check some backend settings on the access to the content and I can do without ever seeing the content itself.

Resolved comments can seem to disappear, but resolved comments are still present with the document even though resolved comments are not displayed by default. To display resolved comments, one has to click on the filter icon in the lower right hand corner of the commenting panel. Clicking the filter icon will bring up the filter panel, which includes a section called "Status" and a button labeled "Resolved." Toggle the "Resolved" button to show / hide (filter / unfilter) the resolved comments on the document. We believe we are able to identify all impacted documents so it should not be necessary to make requests for specific documents. I will post when our process has been completed and at that point, please do speak up if you know of a document for which comments were not restored.

Our engineers fixed the problem around 14:30 UTC on May 18 so updates are no longer causing loss of comments. It affected some users starting on May 16. We are now working on restoring comments for those affected. We very much apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated here.
