Also, are they using Google translate or any language translation app on their browser? If so, could you ask them to switch it off and try again? Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble. Once you log in to https://express.adobe.com/sp, please click on the "+" icon on the top left corner and click on "Facebook post" to create one. After that, a blank canvas will open, and you can click on any option available on the left side of the canvas to start building your project. Also, we would suggest you, please clear the browser's cache before starting a new project or try on a different browser.

Thanks for writing in. To change the color of that design asset all you need to do is open the project, click on the design, and on the right side click on "Filters" then "Duotone" then "Shadows". Hope this helps.
