Adobe Express App for iOS can only open the app but can not open existing files or open a new work

I’m able to open the app, but I’m unable to open any existing files or create a new project. The screen stays on the loading page. I also tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.My iOS version is 26.2.1.

I am in England. I have seen others have had this problem in the past and have followed all the advice given, to no avail. Adobe express opens but the minute I try to do anything, touch the screen at all, the ‘getting things ready’ occurs. And stays.
