I have been having a similar issue for over a year. The only error I get is "Save As failed to process this document. No file was created." 1: Go to the "Organizing Pages" tool 2: Click "More" 3: Click "Page Labels" 4: In the "Pages" section, go to the page range option instead of "all" or "selected" and select the starting page for the substantive portion of your brief and go through the end of the substantive portion 5: Under "Numbering," keep the regular typeface and have it start at 1. The one thing I found that worked was to print to PDF. I noticed that when I went to print, it showed the page size as being my normal 8.5 x 11. I selected to print to PDF and it stayed that size. I saved/printed and it made it that size! ... View more
