my Adobe is crashing when opening certain local files. I had it for years with no problems. This showed up two weeks ago. I have no problem loading pdf files from the cloud (OneDrive).I’ve tried the following with no success:1 up dating Adobe and iOS2 uninstall and reinstall Adobe several times, it works fine for one day, then starts to crash again3 restart my iPad4 change setting preferences to default5. There is enough storage space on iPadThe attached screen video shows me opening one file With no issues while 3 failed attempts To open another.Appreciate any advice

Hello, I am experiencing significant problems with Adobe Acrobat on my iPad.Device: iPad Pro 11-inch (4th generation)iPadOS: 26.6Acrobat version: 26.07.51 (build 20260818.120342)Subscription: Acrobat PremiumSince around August 28, 2026, some PDF files that previously opened normally have started failing to open directly from Acrobat → Files on iPad.The files are stored locally under Files → On My iPad. Some PDFs open normally, while others do not. The problematic PDFs open immediately in Apple’s Files app. They also open successfully if I use Open With → Acrobat.The problem is intermittent: sometimes the same PDF opens only after many attempts.This does not appear to be simply a file-size issue. PDFs of approximately 1 MB and 30 MB open normally, and a 57 MB test PDF also opened normally. One problematic PDF is approximately 242 MB.In addition, Acrobat has been extremely slow for quite some time when opening, copying, and moving files.These PDFs contain important comments and annotatio

It happens when logging in to Adobe Reader and Adobe Scan.

I have canceled my free subscription in December 2024. Although I have canceled it a deficit in my bank account still appears. What could I do? I can't find anyone to speak

How much time it takes to combine 2 files of 20 MB each in Acrobat Premium? I am trying to merge the 2 pdf files but only shows uploading for half an hour. This has happened in past too. Never been able to combines these 15-20 MB size files. I am  using premium version if Acrobat in Samsung S26 Ultra. One UI 9 and Android 17. Acrobat latest update installed on 08 Oct 2026.

I'm in Outlook/Hotmail hell. I need to archive 50gs of emails to an accessible file. My account is frozen. I can't get any knowledgeable assistance from Microsoft or Apple. Anybody?

I often work with large PDF files that contain many pages and images. Sometimes Acrobat takes quite a while to open the file, and occasionally the app becomes slow when scrolling or searching through the document. Is there a recommended way to improve Acrobat's performance with large PDFs without reducing the document quality?

I already have a premium subscription but the acrobat app doesn’t recognise it and it says free user. I’ve reinstalled the app twice and logged in but the issue still persists. 

I ask for a refund as I think it’s a digital fraud to subscribe for Acrobat without my ordering

Can’t open PDF files anymore.

Since late August, acrobat isn't able to open large files on my ipad. It used to work perfectly before. I have tried all methods from software updates, reinstallations, workarounds, but it hasn't worked. The app crashed after 2 seconds of trying to open any files even around the size of 500 MB. I have been raising the issue on the review section on app store but they literally pasted a nonsensical response from 1 year back saying they have solved the issue. I am astounded how they treat consumers. I have been using other apps. Repeated updates have not solved the issue, and my review updates have received no response.
