I can't create PDF file from a Word file

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the trouble you had while converting the file to a PDF.

Please note that converting a Word file to PDF in Acrobat Reader mobile requires a subscription that includes PDF creation, such as Acrobat Premium or Acrobat Pro, and an internet connection. The free Reader app alone doesn’t include this feature.

If you have an eligible subscription, please try these steps:

1. Make sure Acrobat is signed in with the Adobe account associated with your subscription.

2. Save a copy of the Word file to your device, then use Create PDF in Acrobat to select it.

3. Try another Word file to check whether the issue affects one document or all files.

1. Android: Select Create > Create PDF, choose the Word file, and select Next.

2. iPhone/iPad: Select Add (+) > Create PDF, then choose the Word file.

Are you using an Android or an iOS device? What version is it? Please make sure the Acrobat Reader app is updated by checking for any updates in the App Store or Play Store. Install any updates, restart your device, and try again.
