Pdf tiedoston avautuu tietokoneella, mutta kun lataan sen Facebookista puhelimeeni honor magic 8 pro, se ei avaudu, vaan tulee ilmoitus "ei tuettu tiedosto". Puhelimessa on päivitetty acrobat reader. Mikä avuksi?

Hi @Päivi_Salonen10

I hope you are well, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

To help us look into this, we need some more information as follows:

• Does the downloaded file name end in .pdf in your phone’s Files app, and is the file size the same as the file on your computer?

• Does the file open on your phone if you send it to yourself from the computer, for example by email or through a cloud service?

• Which version of Acrobat Reader is installed on your phone?

Let us know how it goes, and we’ll take it from there.

Kind regards,
Amal
