Hi, my name is William, I have issue when I tried to open Adobe Illustrator since 3 months ago. It's always not responding. Sometimes, it takes few times untill it opened. I tried to update to newest version (currently v30.0), but the problem is still exist. I have updated to newest MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1. I am using Macbook Pro M2 Max with 32 GB RAM. I have tried to reinstall, restart, and do a clean installation, but nothing works. I have no issues with other Adobe Product when opening application, only with Adobe Illustrator. I attatch screenshot of application below. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thankyou so much.

Hi Jenkmeister, Yes, I mean 25.0.1 installed. I could open standalone app for Cinema 4D from Maxon App. But I could not open Cinema 4D Lite in After Effects Application. I don't understand by "standard location". When I reinstall After Effects 25.0.1, I check "Install Cinema 4D" and I think it is in standard location. Would you mind to give me standard location for MacOS? Thankyou so much.

Hello guys, I have installed Cinema 4D Lite Add-Ons, but it appears to be error when I tried to open it. I have tried: - Reinstalling After Effects 2025.1 (Including Add-Ons) - Restarting My Macbook Pro M2 Max - Adding Cineware to Layer, but it didn't work. - Checking After Effects Add-Ons on Creative Cloud app. It appears that Cinema 4D already installed. But I can't open in After Effects 2025.1. Nothing works. Please help me. I attatch some of messages error. I am using After Effects 2025.1 (newest version as per 17 November 2024) and Macbook Pro M2 Max. Thankyou so much.

Hi Jessica, @Jessica McMillan Thankyou so much for your help. I would like to try newest version of DUIK. I hope there is no bug / error. For now, I am going to use After Effects 2024. Last time I replied, I was using 17.1.8., I am going to download the latest version of DUIK (17.1.16). Hope it works. Thankyou so much Jessica.

Hello guys, I am William, I recently try to install DUIK Plug-ins with my windows laptop "Lenovo Idea Flex 5 14ALC0" and when I tried to open it, it said: "Unable to execute script at line 20207. After Effects error: themeColor is no longer available in AE. Use getAppTheme, getUseReducedContrast, and getAllowedAppThemes instead." I already update to newest Radeon driver, windows and app (Adobe After Effects 2025 latest Version as per 26 October 2024". i already tried to: - Delete all scriptUI files, but it didn't work. - Restart my laptop, nothing works. - Check "Allow Script to Write" in Preferences, nothing works. Right now, i am trying to: - Install After Effects 2024 and reinstall DUIK Plug-ins to ScriptUI Panels. - Tried another plug-ins - Install DUIK Angela lower version. Please help me. Thankyou so much.
