Thanks for taking the time to respond.  Unfortunately I don't get the menu option you sent and in the Adobe menu I can't see the pdf.  What's happening is that I'm in website on my ipad which has a pdf download in it.  I try and download the pdf, it tries and takes me to a blank page and then just hangs there.  I can't save the pdf anywhere to open in the Adobe menu options.  Any further thoughts please  ...
