Thank you, but I still don't understand what the difference is? I presumed that the free ones I've licensed came out of the 10 free trial quota no? or are the free ones, like the ones I've licensed, available without any plan?  Does the trial quota only include ones that you would normally pay for then? sorry but for me it has to be baby-splained until I get how it works as obviously these free ones I've licensed have not come off my free trial quota and that is where I'm confused 🙂 thank you! ...その他を表示

Thanks for the Rosetta advice....however I unistalled all versions of PS, there were two on there and in safe mode somehow managed to get back the original 24.1.1 so now I am stopping! will not be updating to 24.2 - cannot go through all that again! No idea what happened there at all... ...その他を表示

Just spent 4hours on chat with Adobe trying to sort this out. MacBook M1 2021 Monterey 12.6.3 photoshop 24.1.1 was working fine but updated to 24.2 what a nightmare! Got the same message and error 183, then uninstalled and reinstalled 24.1.1 worked fine but advisor then said let's try again should work.... it didn't 24.2 fail. Went back to reinstall 24.1.1 for last time and I can't now, not available. Where has it gone and how can I get it back? I don't really want to install an even older version than I originally had. I'm not techy so this is a nightmare for me as I can't remote share screen with an advisor even. Help please. How can I get 24.1.1 back? Thanks  ...その他を表示
