But telling someone that spent 5k on a computer in 2020 that they should just upgrade is insane. That's like telling someone to buy a whole new car when the battery dies. We shouldn't be forced to upgrade just to use a program we already pay for.

In theory it would just make the masking AI use the processor power instead of graphics power, could slightly slow down performance.

Yes, it's easy to downgrade. But if adobe is as messed up as last time then downgrading doesn't fix the issue. If it did I am sure this thread would have been solved ages ago.

From what I, and others have said, this didn't start with a Mac update. This started immediately after an adobe update. While yes it could be a driver, it does appear that initially it is caused by adobe. Because not even an Rx 6600xt works.

Even on a hackintosh I am unable to update my driver as far as I know. I haven't checked but I will later this week to be sure but apple really hinders their own users way too often

Any follow up on this?! Its ALMOST there, it does everything for me except the body skin. It still selects the whole image, and every option is good except the body skin. Its been like what 3 or 4 months now?
