hi. im using a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop . Normally, i was using AE just fine. after a month of break, i open it and i can hear the voice but preview panel is completely blank, no matter what i do. I tried many ways i saw onlibe, restarted it, cleaned the cache, enabled mercury, updated my drivers and graphics card, etc. The problem is still there.
