I have a late 2013 iMac running on OS Catalina (the highest version it's capable of) and my graphics card doesn't support an important feature on Photoshop (v22.2) which is the pixel grid feature, which I use a lot. I was advised to download PS CC 2019 using the Pro Design Tool link, which I've tried but cannot install. I'm getting this error message below when I do so. I've gone through the troubleshoot and had no luck, I've also tried a number of forums and had no luck. Why am I getting this error? Do I need to downgrade to an earlier OS version or something?

Thanks that's useful to know (although very annoying). Is there anywhere I can find out what the last version of Photoshop that my graphics card supports is? Cheers

Hi Kevin, My iMac (late 2013) isn't able to support the latest OS so I can't get the latest version. I've just tried this 'Disable Native Canvas' and still no dice.

I've recently upgraded to CC after using older Adobe software for a very long time and I'm unable to see the pixel grid in my current version (23.5.5). I've checked previous posts on this and tried what has been advised (show extras options & resetting preferences on quit) and am still unable to see any 'show pixel grid' option anywhere.  I know I can set my grid to pixels in preferences but this is no use as I'm always needing to use a different measurement for that and heavily rely on the pixel grid being visible at all times due to very precise artworking that is literally down to the pixel. I'm not going to change the preferences every time I need to zoom into pixel view... Pretty unimpressed by this seeing as PS is a pixel-based program! There must be a solution to this?
