No worries, NVIDIA should have the same settings to disable the Gaming settings. I already disabled the built-in GPU.

Hi, I can confirm the change was successful and now issue after that. Also based on the link that you shared, again I can confirm it's 100% true. If I enable all the game tweaks again Lr will crash. Thanks again for your great help. Regards, Max

Thanks for that, I already saw that. I just tested something and it seems it fixed the issue but need more testing. I had two PCIe ports on my motherboard one close to cpu and one a bit far. I switched the GPU to the far one and disabled internal GPU from device management in windows. Switched the GPU back to Auto in Lr. Worked with all features of Lr for around 20 minutes no lag or crash!! Before this change it always crashed less than 30sec. I will work more with Lr in coming days to make sure it won't crash again. I will keep you posted. Thanks again for your help.

I am using Lightroom Classic for a while and after latest Lightroom Update if I select Auto or Custom in Edit>Preferences>Use graphic processor then Lightroom will freeze or crash a few second after I open it or start edit photos. My system is: Mainbaord: Asus Tuf Gaming 650m-plus CPU: AMD Ryzen 7700X RAM 64GB Windows 11 64X Drivers and Windows are all up to dates I have done steps below: 1- Restarted machine 2- Tried to update all drivers include GPU, mainbaord and Windows 3- Disabled the built in GPU (It get worse and start lagging from begining and then crash) 4- Reinstalled Lightroom 5- Reinstalled Lightroom on another partition 6- Increased the cache to 100GB 7- Use smart preview instead of originals for image editing ticked and unticked both the same 8- Generate preview in parallel ticked and unticked both the same 9- By disabling the "Use graphic processor" then it will work and I think it's using the built in GPU So basically the summary is like this: - Selecting main GPU : crashing - Selecting internal GPU: working but not as fast as using main GPU - Disable internal GPU in Device management and force using main GPU: very slow and lagging when edit photos Any idea or help would be appriciated
