@FuzzyJohn you're right, I've keep the registry change. To be honest, I was so exhausted by this popup, whatever the stable solution is, I will be satisfy. But I can understand that this tips looks to be a tips rather a decent Adobe public solution. I will try whithout the registry key.

The 404 page is due the langage settings, and I hope that all non-US users could find this topic, so I'm posting in my natural langage. L'erreur s'affiche : "Acrobat s'est arrêté de manière innatendue. Cliquez sur "En savoir plus" pour connaitre les solutions possibles" Il semble que cette erreur soit lièe au generateur de miniature, mais aucune solution n'est encore trouvée. Elle affecte Acrobat Reader et Acrobat Pro. Je ne suis pas sûr que Adobe travaille pour réparer ce bug, car il ne genere pas de crash ou de freeze. Esperons que le nombre de plaintes ici fera bouger les choses.

Finally I succeed to get a dump file, with this method https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html But once again, I'm not sure that Adobe will learn anything beacause there is NO CRASH, NO FREEZE. Ok, so now, where do I need to send this 116Mb file ?!

Thanks @Meenakshi Negi for your feedback. Unfortunately, despite the creation of register key, the dump folder is empty. Maybe because there is no crash, just this ennoying popup.. Nice to heard that you're working on it !

I get the same 404 issues, if I use Acrobat set in French Need to set it in English to get this link Troubleshooting Acrobat crash on launch. (adobe.com) Which won't help anyway...

Hi @FuzzyJohn I got the same behaviour as you. I've also create the Registry Keys as requested. But even with many popup "Acrobat quit unexpectedly" there is no single file related to Acrobat in the Dump folder

You're talking about the revamp upgrade (menus switched) and I've face the same since this upgrade. But one strange thing is that on my personnal computer (@home) Acrobat has also been update to 2023.006.20320 .. but I've keep the "old style" menu ! 🫤 Anyway, I got the same error on both computer .. which means that this "menu upgrade" should not be the only reason..
