Hello, @Cyril Dellenbach ! Since you vanish again, I've just purchased Painter/Modeler/Sampler license. It's infuriating that in a month Adobe does zero to help me out with the issue I experienced. This is exactly why many Adobe users are shifting to piracy or alternatives. For example, I started a project after redeeming my license and worked on it till I was denied access, and I had to continue on a pirated copy after waiting a few days hoping that support would fix the issue, risking exposing my system to viruses and unwanted access just to finish the project in time. At every step there was nothing illegal on my part as I participated in Adobe/FAB promotion, purchased $200 worth of products, and redeemed my legitimate code for a 6-month license of Substance Painter.

Hi! So as stated above I've got a promotional code for SP from FAB, redeem it, and everything works smooth until i was denied acess to software and later I received a letter from adobe whith accusations of "suspitions of fraudulent activity on my account". Adobe employee @Cyril Dellenbach was actively monitoring this, but there were no communication with them since Feb 3. It's been 15 days and issue is still not resolved. That is not what I expect from a customer service for years of creative cloud subscription. I really hope @Cyril Dellenbach or another tech support will contact me and restore my acess to Substance Painter license.

Hello,@Cyril Dellenbach It's been 15 days, and the issue with my licence is still not resolved, and I haven't heard from you or other suport employee for a week. Are you still looking for solution? @Cyril Dellenbach Update. I've just received a letter from Adobe that my Substance subscription was terminated due to alleged "fraudulent activity" with subscription. "Our fraud prevention specialists have detected signs of fraudulent activity associated with your subscription to the Substance 3D Epic Games Collection. As a result, your subscription has been canceled, and you will no longer have access to the included Adobe applications and services." Could you please clarify the meaning of such activity and how to restore the subscription for the remaining period of 6 months. Thank you! Thank you!
