If you’re looking for an update, I’m currently on: Windows 11 24H2 (26100.3323) InDesign 20.2 Photoshop 26.4.1 Illustrator 29.3.1 Lightroom 8.2 Works: Fine on Acrobat and Lr Kind of fine on Ai Trash on Ps and Id Basically the same as when I first opened the thread, but now it's 2025. And before you ask: Yes, my drivers are updated Yes, these are the latest versions available through Creative Cloud Yes, same for Win11

Hi Harshika, Yes, I can confirm that it’s indeed frustrating, especially when such a basic functionality issue isn’t being "properly addressed," to stay polite. I did upvote the UserVoice page about the 19.2 update, and in February 2024, I also posted a screenshot here from that exact page where other users mentioned that the problem was still not fixed after the update. The thread is now closed, since the issue was (obviously) resolved, which is clearly not the case. I would have gladly continued to give feedback to help resolve the problem, but it would be kind of foolish to check if someone open a new ticket every few years, especially considering how little regard the issue has been treated with in the past. Speaking of consistency, the url you sent leads to a "Page Not Found" error… Kind of ironic, but at least I appreciate you trying to help.

Also, I've already mentioned this, but I'll say it more clearly: I regularly keep my PC updated, both the OS and drivers. This is true now, it was true when I created the thread, and it was true when I posted the various updates.

It’s possible, but unlikely. As I mentioned, the issue is exclusive to Adobe programs, and even within the Adobe suite, it isn’t consistent (though it does occur in InDesign). If this were a known issue in Windows, would Adobe be the only company unable to make it work properly? Probably not, I doubt they lack the resources. There aren't enough complaints for them to care, so they simply ignore it. Also, to clarify, if you Google "macOS Sequoia trackpad issue," you'll find plenty of results too. The reality is that Windows is the most widely used OS. Almost any search for "Windows 11 [random word] issue" will return some results. Thanks anyway for keeping the thread active.

Exactly same thing for me, it just scrolls left and right. I already knew about hovering on the scroll bar but the problem is that at that point I might as well use it normally. Thanks anyway for your contribution. (I don't have my computer with me right now so I'm replying from my private account.)
