I am having the same issue and have been for the last three days. I've also spent around 4 hours on the remote sessions with Adobe tech support, and somehow, the technicians act like they've never heard of this before. There is an obvious issue ongoing. They have checked for updates, checked my system requirements, created new catalogs, deleted and reimported files, optimized catalogs, and more. It is not my system that is the error, and I'd bet it's not any of yours either. The worst part is that I'm on day three with Adobe at the end of my busiest part of the season for me, trying to get my final galleries out the door on time, and I can't do anything because of this issue. I am beyond frustrated at this point. If any of you have found a work around, I'd appreaciate any input.
