In the beta, Selected panels don't have an under the title of the pannel, I preferred having underlines as it is hard so see what pannel you have selected in a single pannel section, Another option could be making the title alot more bold

In Premiere Pro, it would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to lock both the Properties Panel and the Effects Control Panel to a specific clip, similar to how this functionality works in After Effects. This would allow users to maintain focus on one clip's properties and effects, even while selecting or working on other clips in the timeline. I'm in a situation where I keep having to click on the same clip to adjust its properties. and this would just make sense. This is the feature in After Effects.

"go back" in the project panel is actually already a feature in premiere pro, but we still can not go inside a bin just yet 😕 Just search up "go back" in the keyboard shortcuts panel

Currently, to open a bin, users need to double-click with the mouse, which can be time-consuming, especially when working on large projects with multiple bins. I propose the addition of a keyboard shortcut that allows users to open a bin in place, similar to how pressing the Enter key in File Explorer navigates inside a selected folder. This feature would streamline the workflow by providing a quick and easy way to access the contents of a bin without the need for repetitive mouse clicks. Implementing this enhancement would not only improve the user experience but also streamline the workflow for editors working on projects of with may bins. It would make navigating project bins more intuitive and efficient, ultimately enhancing productivity and user satisfaction. Thank you for considering this feature request. I believe it would make Adobe Premiere Pro a more user-friendly and efficient tool for video editors.
