Hi Abhi! I have attached a capture regarding our phone conversation yesterday. I was able to find my old files under the older version but I cannot make changes to them, nor can I save them, nor can I forward them. All I can do is look at them. This issue all started when I updated to the new Adobe Express and tried to migrate my old files. I wish I just had the old version back and all my files. I lost all my previously created content...3 years worth. This type of mess has been way too time consuming! I want my old content. And honestly, I want the old version back.

Same here...such a time waster and so so aggravating. Cannot figure out how to write a text on a creation. Why did y'all have to make this upgrade so not user-friendly. I'm about ready to switch to something else!!!

I can't even get into the new version. It freezes on the frame announcing the updates. I cannot access my previous content...I can't even access the app. I am extremely irritated!
