The response of "Check network connectivity and firewall rules" is a pat answer and in no way addresses the issue. Our systems are configured by template and GPO, so everyone's settings are the same. Yet, some can update and some cannot. I have found no way around the issue. Uninstalling the current version is no help, because then you are unable to install any version. Bottom line, if Adobe wants this automated subscription service to work, their products should be rock solid and not cause so many issues related to updates. And right now, there are too many.

When using the Add-in for Outlook 2016 to send several emails to a PDF file, the Date stamp presented is 4 hours PRIOR to the Created and Modified date of the file (which is also viewable by Right clicking the email in the PDF and selecting "Show Information". Where is the Date field configured and how do i configure it to match the Create Date? I'm assuming this is a Time Zone setting somewhere.
