Has anyone else experienced this? Adobe issued a "refund" of $570. I received 6 x refund transactions of $28.99 I then asked adobe where the rest of my refund was to which they told me to call my bank. I called my bank and they notified me that they do not hold funds like that and in fact Adobe had only sent that amount through. My bank is telling me that they do not hold funds like that and Adobe are telling me to contact my bank? Upon contacting Adobe again and requesting a superior, they told me that "there is no manager working today". I feel completely scammed and this all seems a bit on the fraudulent side of things. Adobe have billions of dollars and are so so bad at refunding such a small amount in the grand scheme of things.
